Complete Wedding Package
This package is for the bride who wants someone there every step of the way, making the process more fun and enjoyable. Here is what you can expect from me:



Design the wedding you have always envisioned, regardless of budget

Unlimited amount of phone and in-person meetings

Locate and secure the services of wedding professionals (vendors) who meet your needs

Locate unique ceremony and reception sites

Prepare a wedding budget with breakdown of expenses

Coordinate religious ceremony rites, including processionals and recessionals

Handle accommodations for the out of town guests

Assist with the menu planning

Reserve venue for rehearsal and coordinate rehearsal

Help plan bridal shower

Walk through of ceremony and reception sites to confirm layout and details

Prepare detailed wedding day schedule for you and your bridal party

Wedding day coordination

Track deposits and payments; keep you informed as to budget status and payment due dates

Develop and manage a wedding planning timeline to remind you of all the appointments and matters needing your attention

Research and provide suggestions for bridal gowns that are consistent with your wedding concept

Research and present a list of options for: *attendants gowns, *MOB and MOG gowns, *favors and gifts for your attendants

Guidance and logistics of etiquette

Assist with seating arrangements

Assist with the layout, ensure proper postage and mail invitations

Research and create accurate directions for guests to ceremony and reception site

Confirm and reconfirm all wedding professionals (vendors) and provide them with a timeline

Day of Coordination Package
This is for the bride who wants everyone to enjoy the big day. No stress for friends and family, and most importantly the bride. I am there to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I recommend this to any bride. Services include:



Arrange a meeting prior to the big day to go over all wedding professional (vendor) contracts and details of the big day

Call all vendors prior to event to confirm event details

Coordinate and conduct rehearsal

Create and provide a comprehensive event time line for bridal party

Create a comprehensive event time line for vendors

Ceremony responsibilities (officiate music, soloist, rehearsal, even pinning on boutonnieres )

Direct bridal party for pictures

Confirm layout of reception

Make sure that all gifts go to their destination

Ensure ceremony and reception run smoothly and tend to any unforeseen circumstances

A la Carte Package
This package is self explanatory. Choose any of my other packages with additional services you need from this list or choose just the services you need. My a la carte services offer the perfect compliment to the bride who needs assistance with specific details, or the bride who needs further customization of the wedding.


Consulting (etiquette, event design, misc. discussion, etc)

Additional time on day of event, per hour charge

Create a timeline of events and give to vendors 1 week in advance

Create and maintain a detailed wedding budget

Create a wedding expense sheet

Submit engagement or wedding announcement to selected newspapers/magazines(cost of ad additional and paid by client)

Assist in selection of ceremony and reception sites by providing referrals

Provide wedding professional (vendor) referrals

Accompany bride/couple to vendor meetings

Attend final meeting with each vendor selected and review contract

Create a calendar of vendor payments

Assist with selection of rental items

Assist bride, groom and attendants with the selection of wedding attire

Send out letters to attendants reminding them of their fitting schedule and payments due

Assist with the design and wording of save the date cards, invitations, rehearsal dinner invitations, wedding announcements, ceremony programs, wedding invitations, map directions and thank you cards

Handle RSVP’s and keep tally of guests

Assist with menu creation and details of rehearsal dinner

Receive floor plans form reception site or create plans for client and assist with seating arrangement

Assist with music selection and play list

Provide list of responsibilities to family members and attendants
